Dr. Sarah Adewunmi, has practiced outpatient orthopedics rehabilitation for over 10 years with great experience in treating chronic pain (knee, back, and neck), sports injuries, post-surgical care, and shoulder problems. Dr. Adewunmi has served as clinical instructor and has also worked in academia. Currently she enjoys participating in mission work both locally and internationally. She currently serves as a United States Military Physical therapist contractor. She is a major sports fan supporting the NY Yankees, Giants, Knicks, and Wizards. She is currently the chaplain of the Washingont Spirit Professional soccer team . Dr. Adewunmi enjoys spending time with her family, watching live music, and experiencing various foods. She is a DMV transplant who graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Biology, Masters of Physical Therapy degree from Howard University, and from Boston University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
