SUCCESS JOURNEY SPORTS PRIVACY POLICY
Success Journey Sports
Website: thesuccessjourneyshow.com and successjourneysports.app
Application: Success Journey Sports OS (“SJS OS”)
Effective Date: August 12, 2026
Last Updated: August 12, 2026
Success Journey Sports (“Success Journey Sports,” “SJS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of athletes, families, coaches, athletic organizations, and other users of our services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, retain, and delete personal information through our websites and the Success Journey Sports OS platform.
SJS OS is designed for athletic organizations and may contain information about children and teenage athletes. Protecting young athletes is an important part of how the platform is designed and operated.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to:
Our Websites
Our public websites, program registration pages, contact forms, and related online services.
Success Journey Sports OS
Our software platform used by athletic organizations, teams, coaches, athletes, parents, guardians, and other authorized users.
Success Journey Sports may act in different capacities depending on how information is collected.
For information an athletic organization enters and manages through SJS OS, the organization generally determines the purposes for which the information is used, while Success Journey Sports provides and operates the technology used to process that information.
For certain platform functions, including account administration, security, fraud and abuse prevention, content moderation, safety review, audit records, and compliance obligations, Success Journey Sports may independently determine how information is processed.
Organizations using SJS OS may have their own privacy notices, policies, consent forms, and legal obligations.
2. Information We Collect Through Our Websites
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Mailing address
• Registration information
• Program information
• Messages or inquiries you send us
When payments are offered through a website or registration service, payment information may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Success Journey Sports does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers.
We may also automatically receive limited technical information, including:
• IP address
• Browser type
• Device information
• Pages visited
• Approximate visit time
• Cookies or similar technologies necessary to operate or understand use of the website
You may control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
3. Information Processed Through SJS OS
Depending on how an organization uses SJS OS, the platform may process the following categories of information.
Account Information
Account information may include:
• Name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Date of birth
• Profile photograph
• Account role
• Organization and team memberships
Passwords are handled through our authentication provider and are not stored by us in readable form.
Athlete Profiles
Athlete profiles may include:
• Name
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Height
• Graduation year
• Playing position
• City and state
• School
• Parent or guardian contact information
• Team and organization membership
Athlete profiles may also contain athletic measurements and performance information entered by authorized users.
Examples include:
• Sprint measurements
• Shuttle measurements
• Agility measurements
• Vertical jump measurements
• Skill ratings
• Evaluations
• Athlete development information
Athlete Development Records
Organizations may use SJS OS to maintain:
• Athlete evaluations
• Evaluation history
• Coach feedback
• Coaching notes
• Athlete performance metrics
• Practice information
• Attendance information
Coaching notes may be restricted to authorized coaching staff and are not necessarily visible to athletes or families.
Communications
SJS OS may store:
• Direct messages
• Group messages
• Team channels
• Organization channels
• Message timestamps
• Sender and participant information
• Reactions and replies
• Deleted-message records
• Reports and moderation information
Additional protections apply when minors communicate with adults. See Section 6.
Photos and Videos
Authorized users may upload photographs and videos to SJS OS.
Media posted to the community feed can be seen by every person with an SJS OS account. Media posted to an organization announcement can be seen only by people connected to that organization.
These materials may contain images of athletes, including minors.
Consent Forms and Electronic Signatures
Organizations may create consent forms, releases, waivers, or other acknowledgments through SJS OS.
We may retain:
• The exact form presented
• The version of the form
• Identity of the signer
• Name entered as an electronic signature
• Date and time of execution
• Relevant audit information
Organizations are responsible for determining whether their forms are legally appropriate and obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
Requirement Status
Organizations may track whether requirements have been satisfied, such as whether a required physical is on file and its expiration date.
SJS OS, as currently designed, does not store the underlying medical physical, birth certificate, insurance card, or similar document for these requirements.
The organization maintains those underlying documents outside SJS OS.
Financial Information
SJS OS may process operational financial information such as:
• Dues charged
• Payments recorded
• Payment method
• Team funding
• Travel expenses
• Family travel allocations
• Reimbursements
• Budgets
• Financial reporting information
SJS OS does not currently collect or store complete payment card numbers or bank account credentials.
If electronic payment processing is introduced, payment credentials will be handled through an appropriate payment processor rather than stored directly by SJS OS.
Events and Locations
Organizations may enter:
• Venue names
• Venue addresses
• Event locations
• Geographic coordinates associated with selected addresses
This information may be used to display event locations or allow users to open locations through mapping applications.
Safety and Moderation Information
We may maintain records relating to:
• Reported content
• Blocked users
• Content-filter events
• Moderation actions
• Safety reviews
• Access history
• Other security or safeguarding events
4. Children and Teen Athletes
SJS OS is designed for youth athletics and therefore may process personal information relating to children.
We do not sell children's personal information or use children's personal information to create advertising profiles.
We do not serve behavioral or targeted advertising based on children's information.
Children Under 13
Children under 13 are not permitted to independently create an SJS OS account or independently log into SJS OS.
Information about an athlete under 13 must be provided or authorized through an adult, such as a parent, legal guardian, or authorized athletic organization.
Organizations are responsible for having appropriate authority to provide athlete information to SJS OS.
Where required by applicable law or by SJS policy, parental or legal guardian authorization may be required before certain information about an athlete under 13 is activated, expanded, or used within the platform.
Success Journey Sports may restrict an athlete profile or require additional parental authorization if we determine that additional consent is required.
Athletes Ages 13 Through 17
Minor athletes who are permitted to maintain an account may only access an existing athlete profile after the appropriate organizational approval process.
Success Journey Sports or the organization may also require parent or guardian authorization before granting or continuing a minor athlete's account access.
Minor athletes do not receive unrestricted access to organization information.
Their permissions are determined by their role and relationship to their organization.
Age Information
Age is generally determined using the date of birth supplied during registration or maintained on the athlete's profile.
We do not represent that we independently verify every user's age.
If we learn that an account or athlete profile was created or used in violation of our age requirements, we may restrict, suspend, or remove access and take additional steps appropriate to the circumstances.
Parent and Guardian Rights
Parents and legal guardians may contact the athlete's organization or Success Journey Sports regarding information maintained about their child.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, parents may have rights to:
• Review information about their child
• Request correction
• Request deletion
• Withdraw certain permissions
• Request removal of photographs or videos
• Ask questions about how their child's information is used
Certain information may need to be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, financial, security, safeguarding, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes permitted by law.
5. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
• Operate SJS OS
• Provide athlete and team management services
• Maintain athlete development histories
• Facilitate practices, events, camps, tournaments, and travel
• Facilitate organization communications
• Maintain dues and financial records
• Generate reports
• Provide customer support
• Authenticate users
• Maintain account and organization security
• Detect abuse or unauthorized activity
• Review reports and safety concerns
• Protect minors
• Maintain audit records
• Improve platform reliability
• Comply with applicable laws and legal requests
We do not sell personal information.
We do not use athlete information for behavioral advertising.
6. Messaging and Minor Safety
SJS OS contains additional safeguards for communications involving minors.
When a minor participates in a conversation with an adult, SJS OS may provide the minor's linked parent or guardian with access to that conversation.
The parent or guardian may be identified as a participant so their presence is not hidden from other participants.
This supervision may apply to:
• Direct messages
• Group conversations
• Team channels
• Organization channels
Team and organization channels may already include parents or guardians based on organization membership.
If a minor does not have a linked parent or guardian account, SJS OS may record or flag that condition for safety purposes.
Organization administrators may have access to organization communication channels consistent with their administrative responsibilities.
Reporting
Users may report messages or other content for safety or policy review.
Reports may be reviewed by Success Journey Sports rather than solely by the organization involved.
Blocking
Users may block certain other users from directly communicating with them.
A minor may not be permitted to block a parent or legal guardian who is linked to the minor's athlete profile when doing so would defeat a required safety or supervision function.
Certain blocking activity involving a minor and an adult organization representative may generate a safety record or review.
We may take appropriate action when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect a child or another person.
7. Photos, Videos, and the Community Feed
SJS OS has a single community feed. Anything posted to it, including photographs and video, can be seen by every person with an SJS OS account, not only by people in your organization.
The community feed is not the open internet. It cannot be read without an SJS OS account, media is delivered through short-lived private links rather than public web addresses, and it is not published to search engines.
Decide before you post. Once something is on the community feed, everyone using SJS OS can see it. If you do not want a photograph or video of your child seen by people outside your club, do not post it, and ask coaches and other families not to post it.
Organization announcements are different. An organization can post announcements that only people connected to that organization can see. These are not part of the community feed.
Organizations are responsible for obtaining appropriate media permissions from athletes, parents, and guardians. Organizations may disable media posting for their members entirely.
Removing content. You may remove your own posts at any time. An organization administrator may remove a post made by a member of their organization. Any post on the platform may be reported from within the application, and reports are reviewed by Success Journey Sports rather than only by the organization the post came from. We may restrict or remove content when necessary for safety, privacy, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.
If a photograph or video of your child has been posted and you want it removed, report it in the application or contact us using the details in Section 19.
Removed content. A removed post stops being visible immediately. We retain a record of removed content, including media, because this platform is used by children and reported content may need to be reviewed afterwards. That record is not visible to other users.
8. Who Can Access Information
Access to SJS OS information is based on user roles and organizational relationships.
Organization Administrators
May access information reasonably necessary to administer their own organization.
Coaches
May access information associated with teams and athletes they are authorized to coach.
Family contact information may be restricted from coach access.
Parents and Guardians
May access information associated with athletes properly linked to them, subject to organizational permissions and applicable law.
Minor Athletes With Accounts
May access their own permitted profile and development information.
They do not automatically receive access to internal coaching notes or administrative records.
Other Organizations
Organizations do not receive access to another organization's private records merely because both organizations use SJS OS. Athlete profiles, evaluations, coaching notes, financial records, family contact details, and organization announcements remain restricted to the organization they belong to.
The community feed is the exception, and it is deliberate: it is a shared feed that every SJS OS account holder can read and post to.
9. SMS Communications
If you provide a mobile telephone number and consent to receive SMS communications, we may send messages concerning:
• Training
• Schedule changes
• Programs
• Events
• Account activity
• Organization notifications
• Customer service
For communications directed to a minor where parental consent is required, the appropriate parent or guardian must provide that consent.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of applicable SMS communications by replying STOP or by contacting us.
10. Push Notifications
If you allow notifications, Success Journey Sports OS stores a device token for each phone or tablet on which you are signed in. A device token is an identifier issued by Apple or Google that allows a notification to reach that device. It is not a telephone number and it does not otherwise identify your device to us.
We also store your notification settings: the categories of notification you have chosen to receive, and your quiet hours together with the time zone of the device on which you set them. The time zone is stored because notifications are sent from a server, and a quiet period cannot be honored without knowing the time zone it refers to.
A device token is deleted when you sign out, and is deleted automatically when we determine that the application is no longer installed. We do not retain a history of devices you have used.
Notifications may include message content. A notification about a message shows the sender and the beginning of the message, and may therefore appear on a locked screen. You may disable any category of notification within the application, and your device's own settings can suppress notification previews.
Device tokens are shared with Expo, which delivers notifications on our behalf, and with Apple and Google, which operate the notification services that reach your device. We do not use notifications or device tokens for advertising, and we do not use them for any purpose other than delivering the notifications you have requested.

11. Service Providers
We use service providers to operate portions of our services.
Depending on which services are enabled, these may include:
Supabase
Used for database infrastructure, authentication, and file storage supporting SJS OS.
Google Services
Certain Google services may be used for functionality such as address and location suggestions.
Where technically implemented, requests may be routed through SJS infrastructure to limit unnecessary disclosure of account or athlete information.
Apple and Google
Apple and Google distribute our mobile applications and may independently process information according to their own privacy policies.
Payment Processors
When electronic payments are enabled, third-party payment processors may process payment credentials.
Success Journey Sports does not intend to receive or store complete card numbers when payments are processed through such providers.
Additional Vendors
We may use additional vendors for services such as:
• Website hosting
• Email delivery
• SMS delivery
• Security
• Backup infrastructure
• Customer support
We require service providers to handle information consistently with their contractual obligations and applicable law.
We do not authorize service providers to use children's information for behavioral advertising.
12. Data Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
Depending on the information and system involved, safeguards may include:
• Role-based access controls
• Database-level authorization
• Private file storage
• Time-limited file access links
• Authentication controls
• Password hashing
• Audit records
• Data-access restrictions
• Security monitoring
No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.
If we identify a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and provide notices when required by applicable law.
13. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the services requested, to protect users, to maintain legitimate organizational records, or as permitted or required by applicable law.
Different information may require different retention periods.
For example:
Financial records may be retained to satisfy tax, accounting, contractual, or legal obligations.
Consent and signature records may be retained as evidence of authorization, agreement, or participation.
Athlete development records may remain part of an organization's historical athlete record where appropriate.
Security, moderation, and safeguarding records may be retained when reasonably necessary to investigate incidents, protect users, establish what occurred, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Messages are not necessarily deleted immediately when an account is deleted. Messages may be retained for a reasonable period when necessary for safety, safeguarding, investigation, dispute resolution, security, or legal purposes.
We do not maintain children's personal information indefinitely merely because it concerns a child.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for an authorized purpose, we may delete, de-identify, or anonymize it.
Information subject to a litigation hold, investigation, legal request, safeguarding matter, or similar obligation may be retained longer.
14. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their SJS OS account.
Account deletion is available through the application under:
Profile → Account → Delete Account
Success Journey Sports will also maintain a web-based method for requesting account deletion where required by an application marketplace or applicable law.
Deleting an account removes the user's ability to access SJS OS.
Certain information associated with the account may be deleted, de-identified, or separated from the user's identity.
Certain records may remain when reasonably necessary or legally permitted, including:
• Financial records
• Consent and signature records
• Safety and moderation records
• Relevant audit records
• Records subject to legal or investigative holds
• Certain organization records
• Certain messages when temporarily required for legitimate safeguarding, security, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes
Where appropriate, retained records may identify the former account holder as a deleted user rather than continuing to display unnecessary account information.
Parent Accounts
Deleting a parent's account does not automatically delete an athlete's organizational record.
Parents and guardians seeking deletion of information concerning their child should contact the organization responsible for the athlete's record or Success Journey Sports.
Organization Administrators
An organization's sole administrator may be required to designate another administrator before deleting their account so the organization is not left without an authorized administrator.
15. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information.
These may include rights to:
• Access information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion
• Obtain information about how data is processed
• Withdraw certain consent
• Request a copy of certain information
• Appeal certain privacy decisions
Parents and legal guardians may have additional rights concerning information about their children.
To exercise a privacy right, contact us using the information below.
We may need to verify your identity or relationship to an athlete before fulfilling a request.
If information is controlled by an athletic organization using SJS OS, we may refer or coordinate the request with that organization.
16. School and Educational Organization Customers
Schools and school-affiliated athletic programs may be subject to additional privacy requirements, including requirements concerning education records.
When Success Journey Sports processes information on behalf of a school, the school's agreement with Success Journey Sports may contain additional terms governing the use, confidentiality, security, retention, and deletion of student information.
Schools remain responsible for determining whether their use of SJS OS complies with laws and policies applicable to their institution.
17. International Use
SJS OS is presently intended primarily for organizations and users in the United States.
Organizations should not deploy SJS OS in jurisdictions requiring additional international privacy arrangements without first confirming with Success Journey Sports that the appropriate contractual and technical requirements are available.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change.
The updated policy will display a revised Last Updated date.
If we make a material change affecting children's information, account deletion, material data-sharing practices, or other significant privacy matters, we may provide additional notice to affected account holders.
19. Contact Us
Questions, concerns, and privacy requests may be directed to:
Success Journey Sports
Email: successjourneysports@gmail.com
Phone: 443-655-3589
Website: successjourneysports.app
We may establish a dedicated privacy email address or additional contact method as the platform expands.
CHILD SAFETY COMMITMENT
Success Journey Sports OS was built for athletic organizations that serve young people.
We therefore design the platform around a basic principle:
An athlete's information should be used to operate the athlete's program and support their development, not to monetize the athlete's identity.
We do not sell athlete information.
We do not build advertising profiles from children's information.
We do not use children's information for behavioral advertising.
We use access controls, parent and guardian visibility, organization-based permissions, moderation tools, and other safeguards intended to help athletic organizations operate responsibly while protecting the young people they serve.
